    Hello everybody,

Hopefully someone can advice me what to do?

Me and my partner we are planning to buy a land with full planning permission which we have in mind in County Meath. Now the site comes with 2 story planning permission 2500 square feet however we are going for a ECOHOME modular and they can provide us the design of the house which is about 1000 square feet.

My question is can we still build our ECOHOME in that planning permission even though its small that 2500 sf or will we have to go to county council in Meath with our design although the land has a full planning permission in order to change the design again regarding to our Echo home.

    Please help!!
