    Hello,

just wondering if anyone has applied or done so in previous years? Just got invited to the group interview and wondering what it entails?

    Hi,

I interviewed for the job 2 weeks ago in Naas.
There was 12 of us in a board room and a managing director.
We first went through a survival scenario based on being stranded on a reef. Was very irritating- lots of people shouting over each other, very stubborn and aggressive people there too.
Next was an aptitude test very straight forward maths grammar etc.
Finally there was a debate on capital punishment which again was a disaster just people shouting over each other.
I was the only graduate there the rest were not, they had decades of experience in management positions, some people there who were managing their own companies.
Its a 60-70 hr work week we were told and alot of work will be done in your car.
I was notified, by post the following week that I had been unsuccessful.
    Hope that helps!
    Good luck ☺

Anyone know if you can get on the programme with a 2:2 in your degree? Will managerial experience be taken into account?

    Cheers
