problem eir thunderbird

I have thunderbird and two eir email pop3 accounts. In Tbird and eir webmail they are told to keep copy of email on server. One account has sent and received on the server. One has only received so no copy of sent messsages on server None on pc either I deleted my tbird profile as it was corrupt, shredded not just windows…

None on pc either I deleted my tbird profile as it was corrupt, shredded not just windows delete
Is there any way to get them back from eir
is there anyway to download the sent from eir server to the sent folder in tbird
