    Hiya,

This might be a silly question... In the case of an apartment, who is responsible for fixing window handles, or replacing them? The management company or the owner?
If the owner, I assume I would need to ask authorisation from the management company?

    Thanks!

The Owner and no it would not need management company permission.

We nearly lost a window in a heavy wind some years ago, The landlord had to replace it, it was a wonkey window anyway with poor hinges on the top floor. Lucky didnt come off tbh.
