What was the IQ test thing we took in preschool?

    It was 50 questions and had stuff like "Match the word to the shape" and basic math I think. This would have been the early to mid-nineties, a kind of notebook with a light green cover.

    Pre-school or infants? Not aware of any such test in pre-schools

    It was the Micra/Sigma T, I found it after a good bit of Googling!

    Sigma and Micra can't be done at pre-school level. The MICRA Level 1 can be given to able senior infants but both tests are geared towards first class.
