Changed Address

    Hi

    I've paid my bill on my rental property but since changed address. I have the bill and payment receipt as proof of payment. 

    When I input my details to create an account online to change my address details I get this error; 
     "No premises found for this WPRN and account number combination"

    Please advise

    Exact same issue for me. I already posted about it here but was told to ring. However, I can't get through on the numbers and it seems a few people are having issues.

    Can I direct message you as there's no other way currently it seems.

    I have moved house recently. Furniture etc in storage along with paper work.
    So I don't have access to my account or WPRN number.
    My dad was paying the water until over a yr ago when I took over.
    I rang today and the amount I'm due back is nothing to what we have paid.
    Can anyone advise?
