I've bought before and it can take only 3 weeks, but sometimes it can take 6-8. Does anyone know if before Christmas does it get faster or slower? Is it likely to get here before xmas do you think?

11.11 just happened ($25 BILLION in 1 Day) so we wont have a read of the impact for 3-4wks from now. This sale crushed the entire Russian postal service before.

I'd order now and pay a few euro more for EMS tracked if you can.

Use parcel Motel, never waited more than two weeks. If going through An Post you'll be lucky to see it early next year. I'm done going through them for stuff from China.

Last winter stuff routed via Royal Mail to PM arrived speedily while stuff via An Post took forever.

Rumor was AP had cages of stuff they were sitting on until it suited them.

Interesting. Only thing is I'd be ordering 5-10 different things from different sellers - so the Parcel Motel fees will add up...

Just received an item from AliExpress on standard shipping.
    See attached pics for dates.
Minus a day cause the address wasn't complete so had a weekend stay in the wrong county.
