Special Condition in Purchase Contract

    Hi,

soon I'll meet my solicitor to discuss the contract sent by the seller.

There is a special condition that makes me think:

"Title shall commence with the documents set out in the Schedule hereto and the Purchaser shall raise no objection or Requisition in relation to Prior Title but without prejudice thereto any documents of prior title in the Vendors possession will be handed over on closing"

What do you think? There is something I should worry about?

    Thanks

This is a request for legal advice, which is not allowed. Thread closed.

Please refer the matter to the solicitor who is handling this matter for you.
