New milking parlours are expensive. Is it permitted for two neighbouring farmers with separate herds to share one expensive parlour?

I can't imagine the department would be too kean on it from a bio security point of view. You could always form a partnership, and work away with ones herd number, but split the cows. If you get along well enough with your neighbour to share his milking parlour I'd just go the whole hog and form a full partnership and combine the herds ha.

Who'll get the early milking and who'll do wash up?🤣.....suggest one milks both herds in the morning and the other milk both in the evening...
