Rattling radiator

One of the radiators in my house has a constant rattling sound coming from it.

It heats fine all the way through, and when I bled it there was no air that came out, just water (which was hot).

Could there be something trapped inside it that's rattling around in the water? And if so how is this resolved?? It's in my sitting room so doing my head in every night

Do you have TRV valves fitted?
A water hammer (might not be the correct term) might solve the problem, although someone with a bit more experience might be able to offer some help

No they aren't TRV valves, it's a relatively old fashioned radiator with normal valves (not sure exactly how old it is). Thanks
