Just wondering roughly what are contractors quoting per sqaure foot to build a house in Donegal?

How long is a piece of string?

There are so many variables such as the actual design and complexity of the building, single, 1.5 or 2 storey, full contract or self build, expected BER rating, level and detail of finish, windows, doors, renewables, internal finishes, landscaping, sewage treatment and disposal, development contributions, service connection charges, professional fees etc etc etc.

Contract price for an "average" house could be anything in the region of €120 - €150 a sq. foot.
