Alan Shatter has won his appeal on the issued which terminated his tenure as Minister for Justice. Given that Mr Shatter was the greatest Minister for Justice in the history of the state (with the possible exception of Michael McDowell), should he now be asked to resume where he left off, as Minister for Justice? I for one would welcome such a request.

The issue that was decided in his favour last week was only one of a number of controversies that led to his resignation.

Probably the most inappropriate user name post of all time.
