    Hi All,

I wonder if anyone can help me with a bit of career advice.

I've been pursuing the idea of becoming business analyst for a few years now.
Got masters, than, I was caught in IT Multinationals in a number jobs irrelevant to the area, hoping to get horizontal career progression. This never happened.

Finally I am almost there now as I am managing small implementation projects in a small company.

I am not even 50% happy with the company and work culture.I'd prefer doing same job in better established companies , but it looks like I am not the only one.
I've been applying for BA jobs for a while now, however I hardly getting any positive responses, due to lack of experience.

I previously completed local full time MBs in Business Information Systems that had BA element in it. (My major wasn't related though)

Also I have got Springboard course in Computer science degree. It gave me great understanding of the topic but certainly not enough for being developer.

I wonder if someone can recommend the course that will finally teach some hands-on skills that will impress the employers. Business Analysis? Scrum?

Alternative career path that would lead me to the goal? QA, Testing?

Getting really tired and frustrated being rejected and hoping for a miracle.
Any advise will be highly appreciated.

Have you thought about doing a Six Sigma Green Belt course? That would be beneficial as most companies are looking for a BA with a view to helping them become more lean.
Experience in systems testing would be a plus as the BA normally has to co-ordinate the solution testing with the business team.
