ipad pro ..skype..no incoming calls ringing tone?

    Hi i have a new ipad pro, with skype.
    When i make a skype call out there is the outgoing call sound.

    However when someone is calling me, there is no incoming call sound. I can only see that there is someone ringing if i look at the skype screen and this isnt ideal !!

    all other tones are fine. Nothing i know of is 'muted'...just the incoming call sound just isnt there?

    any ideas?

    I'm guessing you've already done this, but in case you haven't...

    Go into settings, scroll down to the Skype app, select it and see if the sound button is 'on'.
