It was unveiled at the Shanghai Mobile World Congress in July...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k9dnmMdI_QI

As another Chinese company put out a similar laser projector phone last year, i guess it shows the Asian companies are uncharacteristically taking the lead over their Western counterparts.
The laser technology in the VOGA V is licensed by Microvision (Nasdaq: MVIS).
The same phone is being sold in Brazil under a different name: Quantum V
This Laser Beam Scanning (LBS) tech is better than the previous projector tech as it's much smaller, uses very little power, and is ALWAYS in focus. In the future this tech will be used as a sensor to scan the environment to be used in Augmented Reality applications and which will also make such projectors interactive, thus turning your wall into a pseudo screen. Apple has reference this tech specifically in recent patents but that's a few years out yet. Still, interesting to see its a Chinese company taking the lead. I guess Apple is playing wait and see.
It hasn't fully arrived in Europe even though it recently got it's 'CE' stamp. It's being shipped to Ireland by this website...

(don't know why they call it a phablet when it's clearly a cell phone)
