Does anyone know exactly what is going on with the Chipper there?

It was called Noel’s place after the late owner Noel Corcoran and then in the last decade or less, The plaice 2 b.

Word on the street was that it was the result of a disagreement between the late owners family.

The building is still branded but remains idle.

They had the best double cheese burgers in Cork.

    KC’s burgers didn’t come close.

    Still family dispute...
    Will never reopen I'd say...
I only live round the corner from there...

Jasus, that’s going on a long time now.

    I grew up there myself.
