Claiming a refund on an old account - Old account can't be accessed

    We set up an Irish Water account in 2014 for our house at that time. We then moved house in 2015. When we moved we were told that we had to create a new Irish Water account for our new address and that the old account would be closed.

    I now cannot access that old account. I need to do so to update my address so I can get my refund. 
    I went to log on but my username/password didn't work. I tried to retrieve it using my Account Number / WPRN code but was told the combination didn't exist. How can I update these details to deliver my refund to my new address? I don't want a cheque going to an address I don't live at and it's frustrating I can't seem to fix it. I've a letter from Irish Water with all the details for my old address/account so I know I have the correct details.
