Hi, my boiler won't start, zero pressure, I've checked the filling loop and I've no water coming through it, any suggestions? thanks

If the filling loop should be connected to the mains so if its not supplying water then it must be turned off somewhere else.
Follow the pipe back as far as you can looking for another valve.

You might also want to keep an eye on it.
The fact that it was at zero would indicate that there is a leak somewhere.
