Changing Phone Number.

    Hi, I recently moved to the UK and I had to get a different phone number. I want to transfer money from my Irish Bank Of Ireland account to my new English one but BOI wants to send me a code, but I don't have my number. How can I resolve this?

    Hi Ailbhe12,

    Thanks for your post. 

    When you set up a new payee you would be asked to select the security code by post or mobile.

    In order to update your mobile number please log onto your 365 online and select manage accounts then amend my mobile details.
