Traffic on N59 Moycullen to city

Anyone know what's going on with traffic on the N59 from Moycullen into the city in the morning? All this week traffic has been backed up to almost Moycullen village every morning. Is it related to the rail strike or something?

Burst Water pipe on Letteragh Road. But it will be more common "CAR feature" / "CAR traffic" in the future for Moycullen until public transport is adopted in sufficient numbers. The Car feature/traffic is always reduced though when Secondary Schools and NUIG/GMIT are out for the summer in the City.
