    Interesting.

    Well, my 161 Audi A4 driver's door is just a tad harder to push shut than the other three doors, and has been like that since the day I bought it new.

    Two visits to the main dealer have failed to make it like the other doors and there's little or no adjustment available. Just one of those gremlins and I've gotten used to it by now, but it bugged hell out of me for months after buying it.

    Looking at the Dacia guy in the video, maybe there's a place for him in Munich?

    I suppose all manufacturers do it that way.

    This video mostly shows the design phase, where robots are being programmed to measure tolerances etc...not much to do with bending doors by hands, hammers and knee to make them fit properly

    Maybe im wrong but I can't see the japanese doing it that way. They usually get things right the first time.
