I couldn't find the one in Ireland... eBay listing shows one from Russia, but it may not good for you like from Japan.

If you need the sound of it, there are several software synthesizer considered as a similar / good enough alternative in Japan. These can be connected to a DAW or a keyboard of your choice via PC/Mac with MIDI interface.

If you buy one from Japan, you may check Amazon.jp. The 2nd hand price is much lower than the ebay as a Japanese local sells. Like, a mint 2nd hand costs around €350. You will need to confirm the shipping and if the seller is happy in English communication.

For shipment, you will choose EMS if possible as it is the best but expensive. Japan Post's "International Parcel Post" (available in Air, SAL or Surface) is also good, as the price is reasonable, you can trace the package, and an insurance max around 1200 euro can be attached. I personally feel there is no point using DHL.

edit: corrected the wrong insurance value
