Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Have just bought a laptop from Currys and just found out that the battery cannot be removed.
Can I return the laptop and get another one with a removable battery.

    Thanks.:)

    If you bought online, yes.

If you bought instore, no. - Unless they do it out of goodwill

Does the spec say removable battery?
from a legal perspective unless they stated the battery was removable then no they do not have to take it back. If they do then happy days. Just be polite and honest :)

If it was bought online you can return it for a refund within 14 days for any reason and buy whatever you like.

    If not this post applies.

if in a shop unless you asked was it removable then you are relying on goodwill
