I bought a new laptop recently and initially at work I was able to connect wirelessly to the printer/photocopier. Lately however I can't, it just says the printer is offline. The printer/photocopier is working fine. I've gone through my settings but don't know what I need to alter. Thanks in advance for any help.

    1. Printer make & model ?
    ...at work..
    2. Is printer managed by your work IT ?
    3. Is printer connected to network over WiFi or Ethernet ?
    4. Is printer WiFi still enabled ?
    5. Is printer set with static IP ?
    6. Is printer and your laptop are on same network ?

Silly question you have to ask yourself - is printer powered on?
    ...The printer/photocopier is working fine...
............ how did you test this, can you print to it from other PC over WiFi?

Try to "Add printer" from control panel and see if it appear as available on the network.
