I have a modern apartment with a combi boiler so there is no hot water tank, but I can't seem to find a cold water tank or access to one anywhere in my apartment (there is not attic etc.) I can find the stopcock in a storage press and I know there is a large communal pump that operates for the whole block, but should there always be some sort of water tank for each apartment too, or can cold water work without tanks? I can't think of anywhere else it could be. Sorry for the stupid question!
