TomTom speed camera updates 1.5 years for €2.45 @ TomTom

I found this on Hotukdeals but thought it was worth repeating.
Normally this "Speed Camera Update Europe 1.5 years" costs €39.95, but by using the polish website and stacking two discount codes it can be purchased for €2.45.

Here is how:
Using Google Chrome open this site https://www.tomtom.com/pl_pl/drive/maps-services/shop/speed-camera-updates/europe/?awc=2966_1510182004_f9e4887a8ca0fec32ef856c99f656036&nsctrid=v01MTQyMTExMTExMTExMTExMTEwMTQyMDAwMDAwMDAwNjE1MTAxODIwMDRjZml3MXVrMjQ5Mzcx&utm_source=Affiliate+Window&utm_medium=affiliates&utm_campaign=uk_lpurl_Others_UDG&utm_content=banner ,
If like me you don't speak Polish, Chrome can translate it for you.
Click on the "Speed Camera Update Europe 1.5 years" option and enter coupon code WELCOMEPL2017
Click and go to ANY other page on the website.
Click on the trolley icon and now enter the code Welcome15_pl.
The total should now be 9.95 PLN which equals €2.45.
Paypal seems to be the best method to pay, and when filling in the address I used post code 00-000 and any address you want.

Is there much value to this in Ireland though where most speed traps are mobile? We have very few fixed cameras (unlike the UK) and those we do have generally don't work from all I've read.

I used it outside of Ireland mainly on holidays, well worth it!
