l like to eat tomorrow's dinner before going to bed as it means I'll have no cooking to do then for the whole next day.

So true. The slow cooker is the new heroin. Or the new black. Or maybe the new rock and roll. It's definitely the new something.

I often knock up a few days dinner in one session in the kitchen, I'd have a pie made for one night, chicken prepared so it can just be thrown in the oven for another, and a lasagne ready to bake for a third. A couple of times a week I'd have a curry or casserole in the slow cooker before I leave for work so that it's ready to have anytime after we get home. It's all about the time management.

I don't particularly like cooking, so preparing large portions twice a week is better than preparing a meal 6 times per week.

I am well, thanks for asking, and a poor man's yuppie thing, I believe is a hipster.

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

I don't really mind cooking to be honest and prefer to have things fresh if I can. I wouldn't be into reheating food to be honest.

Chilli, stew always taste better the day after cooking

And lasagnes and casseroles and curries. They benefit from being prepared ahead and marinading in the refrigerator before being cooked.

Yep. If it smells bad, dump it. Else enjoy

Doesn’t apply to stews, casseroles etc.

I would have no idea. The above foods mentioned wouldn't be to my taste!
I'm just basing it on what I eat/cook.

I houseshared with a guy once who always cooked a bit pot of veggie rubbish on Sunday and put it into those plastic containers to take to work during the week. he claimed to survive every week on 10 euro on food. Pain in the hole he was

When I was away I used to always buy a SH1T TON of food when I got paid at the end of the month and literally do 3 weeks lunch and dinners in one go and freeze the lot - great for never having to wash up pots!. The problem then was fallin in from coppers at 7am and eatin the ****e out of everything and being broke and having no food 2 weeks later!!
