Opening blister packs

Hi. Is it okay to open blister packs of medicine and put them into medicine planner packs 4 weeks in advance. I tend to tray up 28 days at a time and I wonder do I lose quality on the product if I expose them to air in advance. Thanks

Depends on the medicine. Most are fine but best to have a look at what it says in the patient information leaflet or ask your pharmacist.
