    Hi,

My husband is a block layer and will be doing extensions to our house, if he gets people in to do work on the house can he claim Home Renovation incentive for claiming Tax from the revenue, the house is a 1970's house.

What way do you go to claim back and what can you claim back on?

does he need to register online himself first to get the House Renovation Incentive, as its self build he will be getting in different tradesmen to do work. What can you claim back on with eg kitchen, bedroom and we are putting in new windows and sewerage etc
