Good morning. My Mum is celebrating a special 70th next year birthday and my sister and I are hoping to take her to Paris for a few nights. Can anyone recommend suitable hotel in Paris. Mum wouldn’t be as mobile as she used to be so somewhere close to nice restaurants/bars. We would plan on doing the bus tour of the city. Thanks for your advice.

I stayed in Hotel Parc Saint Severin last February and it was perfect.
It's literally around the corner from Notre Dame in the Latin Quarter so super location, with plenty of restaurants and bars in that area.
The hotel is a boutique one and very quiet so it would be suitable for older guests.
Off the top of my head though, I can't remember if they had an elevator or not though.

Hotel Victoria Chatelet is simply gorgeous. The location is superb and the staff are so so lovely. There's a lift so mobility shouldn't be an option. Everything is in walking distance, with the metro directly outside and your busses stopping 5 minutes away. The price for the hotel is great value, and the location is even better than it seems online. Possibly my favourite hotel in Paris.

I know you asked for a Hotel but Airbnb options in Paris are excellent. Well worth checking out if looking for alternative and cheaper options.

Bus tours are also brilliant and a great way to get around.
