Ulsterbank onlinie login Promblem?

    Just as the title suggests,anytime I go to ulsterbank login,I get a error page thats all over the place,no logos or anything on the site and no place to login,just says Ulsterbank login is not available.Is this a know problem.
    I have tried different browsers and phones and cleared cache.
