    O’Loughlin’s butchers on Upper William Street is a good butcher for poultry and game. Might be worth trying there.

    Garretts butchers might be worth a shot. They carry a lot more 'unusual' meats than most places.

    There’s a guy selling cheese, olives, pâte etc out of a small shop across from Uber on Catherine St (next to the old Bourke’s pub). He might have some, or at the very least know where to get some.
