    hi guys,
i'm thinking about getting sliding doors (that sit in the walls) installed in a double door from sitting room to dining room. has anyone here got any experience with companies that offer this? it's a standard size with a dividing wall that is more than wide enough. any idea what kind of price i might be looking at and who could quote me? thanks!

Think you're talking about pocket doors.
I think your walls would have to be built with this in mind but I am familiar with this field - I just looked into doing something similar myself before
Standard doors can be used and you use a pocket door mechanism which can be bought separately but you would have needed to factor this in when building the wall they will slide into.
