    Is there a stand alone vehicle tracker data sim available from any mobile networks in Ireland?

    My employer uses a Vodafone sim card for the tracker in our vehicle's

    But is there a preferred one.
    3Mobile have one on a €10per/m contact, but if you go over the limit(not sure of limit)then that increases... A tracker sends lots of data, so that sounded kinda worrying...

    No, it doesnt.

    If you've a fleet management system with tracking and GPS and other features, that might use a lot of data, but reporting van location every 10 minutes is a minute amount of data.


    Vodafone supply fleet plans to enterprise, not individuals. Fleet Connect also do similar based on the Three Network. As a personal user the options are kinda limited. 500Mb Addons might work.
