protruding rib cage!!

Hi all,,, I've just noticed while changing my 4 1/2 month old that the right side of his lower ribcage is sticking out more than the other side,,, I've never seen this before on him so it must be a new thing! He doesn't seem in pain or sick, I will make an appointment to see doc in few days but just wondered if anyone else…
