Water issue in Galway

    Hi my tenant in Sli Gheal, Ballymoneen Road, Knocknacarra, Galway City has had no water since Saturday.  Is there a problem please?

    Thanks for your query.

    A burst water main occurred in the Knocknacarra area on 4th November, however, we can confirm that repairs are complete and supply should now have returned.

    If there are still supply disruptions at this property, would you mind sending us the following information by PM and we will be happy to investigate:

    - Name;
    - Address;
    - Contact number;

    I rang Irish Water this evening about a loss of supply in Rockfield Park. Same response. Disappointing. It's still not listed as an issue.
