Just to note it may not get through Customs, this from Comreg
    - In addition to its own market surveillance activities, ComReg enjoys a very positive relationship with Customs. The work carried out with the cooperation of Customs helps ensure non-compliant electronic equipment does not enter the State. Equipment types that are typically seized due to non-compliance with the EMC and RE Directives include:

     Radio jammers
     Mobile phone boosters
     GPS trackers
     Green laser pens
     Keyless entry systems
     Radar detectors
     Wireless bug detectors
     Wireless speaker
     Wireless headphones
     Digital cameras
     Battery chargers

    - During the 2016-17 period 193 devices were detained and inspected by ComReg under EU Regulations, of which approximately 70% were found to be non-compliant. The remaining devices that were found to be compliant were returned to the appropriate parties.

You can see the licensed mobile frequencies here - https://www.comreg.ie/industry/radio-spectrum/licensing/search-licence-type/mobile-licences/

    The 2100 MHz "3G" band isn't liberalised, 3G only, no 4G yet.

Mobile phone repeaters are likely to be legalised next year, but only equipment that will meet future technical requirements - https://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2057685415.

This Irish manufacturer of mobile repeaters will likely be selling equipment that meet those technical requirements - http://www.stelladoradus.com/

I'm aware of the situation regarding the legality of rebroadcasting an operators phone signal and I'm perfectly willing to accept any potential consequences that may arise from the use of such equipment.

You cant use this site to discuss importing of illegal equipment.
Best thing you can do is switch a network already offering technical solutions to this that are legal.
