EBay seller payment help!

Just won a bid for an item on eBay for €54 from a seller in Germany....he did not specific postage costs during bidding. I was not expecting to win the item at all. Ebay told me I couldn't buy the item until I contacted the seller about postage costs. Contacted him and advises me postage will be €22.99. That's fine but when I go to checkout it wants me to confirm €54 and not €76.99... Is the seller suppose to update the price so I confirm €76.99? Also I should have mentioned he wants a bank transfer for payment which is common for German eBay sellers. Do I just confirm the €54 and add the €22.99 myself for postage when down the bank doing the transfer?

Is he suppose to give me his IBAN over a pm on eBay or is his IBAN suppose to pop up after I press confirm payment? Its my first time not using PayPal on eBay. Abit of a nuisance...

    Thanks for any help

Theres a "Request total from seller" button, use that so the ebay invoice is correct.
