Signed up to FTTH but Customer Services have no record

    Hi,

    I signed up to FTTH on October the 28th, with an Eir sales Rep in my area. I contacted Customer support last week, and they have no record of me existing. On the day I signed up, I understood that my details were inputted live, by the rep, on his tablet. Can I pm someone in Eir, my details,  to look into this, as the Sales rep hasn't returned my call.
