Getting kicked out of a website isn’t what I’m talking about really. :p

I got barred from a pub/club before for being too drunk and disorderly.

    You?

Barred, for life, from a cash and carry ware house.

I was working security there and got to know a really nice woman. She was a great sport and we'd have some craic, in passing.

One day, I told her a joke that would be okay with her. But, she looked at me as if I'd just done like the Dog in " The Thing ".

Later, I was called into the managers office and hauled across the coals. My office then told me I was never to return.

Turns out, there were two absolutely identical women working there. One was my sport. The other was the big bosses wife. And she was absolutely neurotic as all hell!

Leitrim , it's long story but I was at a wedding when I made the comment that the happy couple looked like they could be related and that's how the fight started.

You got barred from a whole county?
It must have been a very inflammatory comment...

Kicked out of a gig and barred from the venue for separating two girls fighting.

I didn't know one of them was security.

    No.

Closest I ever got to being barred was a temporary ban from the Personal Issues when I diagnosed some lad as having sleep apnoeia.

Have had a few 'not tonight fella',
    but never barred.

Must have been pretty bad, thought it would have taken quite a bit to get barred from there. Have a self inflicted ban from there myself, but only because it's an absolute sh!t hole.

    :D

Why are your examples always so vague and you don't get involved in conversations you start OP?

Which "pub/club" did you get barred from? When/why did it happen? At least tell us that to make your story somewhat believable..

I’ve never been barred, but it would be great if Chore Sex guy could be permanently banned from boards.

    Today he’s lawnmower75 or something!!

I'm barred from O'Neills Irish Bar in Liverpool, cos I complained about the way a Barmaid poured a pint of Guinness. She poured it straight and I asked her to do it properly, she had me escorted off the premises.

It was a long long time ago, and it was a **** hole then too and I have no idea why, as I had no memory of the night in question. :D

Honestly, Fryup; They were bloody identical! After the bollocking from the manager, I spent the rest of that miserable shift going round the place like a pin ball. One minute, There she was! Smiling at me. But, it was Her! I'd dash off, and there she was again, glaring at me like I had two swearing heads! Off I'd dash again.

Tell ye what? I swear I could pick that face out a line up, today. Thirty years later. Either of them.

Many moons ago I was barred from my local pub by the new owners wife when she found out I was in the (Irish) Army!
Came home from the Lebanon to find I was barred from the pub I had frequented for years, for no real reason other than being a soldier.
    This was in Offaly btw.
I was already barred from two grocer shops in the same village for the same reason.
Had to suck it up, because that practice was widespread at one time.

3 pubs in Dublin, 2 in Dundalk, 1 in Liverpool, 1 in Reading and 1 in Prague.
    Good times.

Did you clean your spectacles vigorously under the cape?

I drove my mother to the hairdressers, went back to her house, and waited for a phone call to say she was finished,
When the call came I drove there and waited outside. After half an hour I asked if she was there.
They said she left a long time before. It was winter, dark, raining, and my mother was in her mid 80s.
I phone the Garda. About 15 minutes later I got a call from the hairdressers to say she returned.
She had gone to the local supermarket to do some shopping.
The message was passed to me not to call to the hairdressers again.

A bar in Arnhem, its kind of embarrassing so ....

Its over 30 years ago so if I was passing - I'd probably get away with it.

You need to talk to a professional about your obsession with the British, their Monarchy & their Army. How many threads is this now?

    Build a bridge, etc...

I was never barred from any place, but I wasn't allowed into a pub in Canada when I showed my passport for ID because I was quote 'Eurotrash'.

The bouncer was a native with a pretty big chip on his shoulder. I'm still waiting for Justin Trudeau to personally apologise..

    Who the heck knows!

They didn't have to give a reason, and if you questioned them they'd call the cops.
("There's a soldier here causing problems Guard") and that's you in trouble!

One shopkeeper said that my uniform 'upset her other customers!':D

Many moons ago at the Woolworths in Birkenhead, me and my mates when we were about 8-10 years old used to compete to see who could rob the most sweets or little cars or even VHS tapes or whatever fit in your pockets, until a load of us got caught and got told never to return. It's closed down now and I still feel responsible.

Holland Germany and my old place of work. When I say barred I mean ran while under charge and awaiting court for drunk driving and disorderly offences. More than 15 years ago so not sure of the legalities of visiting again, which I'd love to do.
The work place thing was a paranoid old man who thought I'd seek retribution once he fired me. Never would have contemplated such a thing but I was delighted he thought that.
