Macbook air 2015

    Hi
    Argos have an Apple Macbook Air 2015 for sale at 874 euro ,Is this good value ? Looking for one for student starting college
    Thanks in advance for any advice. ..It is 8gb/256 gb

    It'll be fine for most tasks. I actually think it is a reasonable deal all considered.

    The Macbook Air has been around a long time, and this is an older model. But it should be a good reliable machine. And I don't think there is much difference between the 2015 and 2017 models in terms of performance. The CPU in the more recent model will be better, but nothing too drastic.

    If you want a Mac, it's probably the cheapest you're going to be able to get one. And having 256GB of space is a big win.

    Thank you for reply ,we have gone ahead and purchased it ,student very happy ,had an issue with warranty from apple ,but sent them proof of purchase and they have rectified ..Argos have 1 year warranty ,but wanted to be sure ...
    Hopefully all will be OK
