I can only see two screws and they are covered with a rubber guide

Anyone know where to get service Manual?

    Thanks

Why are you trying to open it? Is there something not working?

If it's less than 5 years old, give the bosch customer service line a call, they'll either walk you through opening it or pick it up and fix it for a small charge or for free.

They repaired a faulty filter and sensor on my bosch vacuum which was 5+ years old for free. Even collected it and dropped it back to the house.

It spins on some type of gearing that is powered by the suction. It somehow got jammed. It’s a fab vacuum.

Will try give Bosch a call. I was thinking it was a one year guarantee
