Anybody know what level a senior consultant in northern trust is? How does the grade system go? What kind of salaries per grade? Thanks BS

Senior Consultant is a senior role for an individual contributor. Consultants within NT do not have any direct reports and are normally specialists or project orientated.

Senior consultants would be broadly equivalent to a section manager (middle ranking manager) in NT. Salary would be dependent on the role, team and experience etc.
