Returning equipment

    I have recently left Eir. I have a lot of equipment to return. I can't imagine that it would be safe to put it all in the post. Also, I would like a receipt for the returned equipment as proof. Is e anywhere I can drop it off?

    Thanks for getting in touch. 

    I'm afraid we don't have a drop off point that you can do this from. This will need to send them in the post, our address is - Eir returns, PO Box 12726, Freepost, Dublin 11. You can include your account number within the packaging so we can identify where it came from.

    An Post will give you a certificate of postage upon request for free.
