Recommend a restaurant/Private Room/40people

As the title says, I'm looking for a restaurant with a private function room, that would take 40 people for a small Christmas party, in South Dublin - any suggestions?

The White room in union cafe could be worth a look - not sure of capacity etc I'm afraid, but it's definitely available for private hire

Odells in Sandycove and the Cookbook Cafe in Glasthule both hire out their entire room to 1 party, both would seat 40.

we booked half of fallon and byrne in the peoples park for a christening, I'm sure they could take 40 no problem
