Am demented trying to register with ROS before the deadline, this is my first time needing to file non PAYE IT.

How long does it take to get the RAN in the post and after that what other delays do I need to expect? I applied for a RAN 3 days ago.

This evening the email support said I don’t need a RAN, just try again Monday. This afternoon the phone support said I must have a RAN to proceed!!!
Appreciate all suggestions.
