iMessage pop up

    Hi lads , I have 3 queries . I am constantly receiving an iMessage pop up . I have been charged 5 Euro this this already . I have tried turning it on and trying to turn off the email and phone number and sign out if iCloud but my number won’t activate to sign it out . I need help with this . I also have 2 billing queries I would like to discuss please

    Bug on Meteor/Eir end since September ... no update from the "technical team" is the line you will get.

    They will of course continue to charge per activation text.


    On this forum - mention the word "refund" and you won't hear back I'm afraid to say.
    I am just off the phone (30 mins including waiting) - but you will get your refund. 

    To stop the pop-up ... turn off wifi calling seems to do the trick for me, which obviously mean you can't use wifi calling which for me, was the reason I moved to Meteor in the first place. 

    Poor all round ... especially when the "on-hold" music is all about wifi calling!
