Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

UK pay Scale Vs Irish

As someone who has been teaching in the UK now for 3 years, I am looking to move back home to teach. If I do get a job, will I start at the bottom of the scale or is there any link between my position on the UK scale vs the Irish one. Will my time in the UK count towards anything? I seem to vaguely remember seeing a document with something similar or maybe I was dreaming. Thanks in advance.
