365 Online website keeps kicking me out

    Hi, 
    I am trying to use the service desk on www.365online.com but when I click on the Sent Items tab, the website kicks me out and asks me to log back in again.

    Can you try a different browser and please let us know if this works for you.

    Please avoid using any back or forward buttons when logged into 365 online.

    Sorry you're having difficulties with this KingCong.

    As mentioned any use of the browser back and forward buttons can cause your logged in session to end, this can also happen if you use a double-click action with your mouse.

    Can you let me know which browser you're using to access the site and if this only happens when you click the 'sent' option in the online service desk?
