    Hello. I bought a house in estate. Terraced house. I would like to remove chimney. Chimney is only for my house. Is there any issue with it? Do I need any planning for that. Thanks in advance for answers.

    I'm in process of removing mine. Housing estate also. Soutch dubin co.co. Its considered a grey area.
    I made a section 5 application to ask do i need planning permission to do it. They said I didnt. But Id say its a case by case thing.
